ARCH is a creative partner for people building something meaningful.

Hi, I’m Lissie

I’m the founder of Arch, a creative practice specializing in brand strategy and creative direction, partnering with brands internationally.

My work lives at the intersection of brand strategy, creative direction, and social-first marketing. I turn ideas into distinctive brand worlds that create desire, spark curiosity, and invite people into something they want to be part of.

I’m most known for my work with Espresso Joint, a hospitality brand based in Boca Raton, Florida. I had the opportunity to help build the brand and continue to shape its evolution through strategy and creative direction. It is one of the most visible expressions of my work, and part of a much broader creative practice.

Across every project, I begin by finding what is already powerful within an idea: what makes it different, what makes people care, and what deserves to be amplified. From there, I shape the strategy, story, and creative world that allow others to see its potential too.

My approach to marketing begins with attention.

I create for the screen, but I think beyond it. I want the work to make people stop, feel something, become curious, and move closer to a product, experience, place, or story.

That is what social-first marketing means to me.

My work has generated more than one million views and helped brands reach hundreds of thousands of people. But reach alone is not the point.

What matters is where that attention goes.

I believe attention should be directed toward the ideas, products, places, and experiences that genuinely deserve to be discovered. My role is to recognize their potential, shape the story around them, and create the momentum that brings people toward them.

I’m most inspired by people building what they believe should exist.

I don’t want to simply provide a service. I want to become a creative partner, someone who believes deeply in the vision, brings a distinct creative perspective, and helps turn its potential into something people can see, feel, and believe in.

About Arch

Arch takes its name from archangel.

It reflects a belief at the heart of my practice: creativity is more than aesthetics. It is a way of seeing possibility and bringing something into the world that wasn’t there before.

Guided by strategy, intuition, and a deep sensitivity to beauty, I uncover what makes an idea meaningful and shape it into something people can see, feel, and believe in.

Arch exists where strategy meets intuition, and vision becomes something people show up for.

Bring me what you believe should exist. Let’s build it.
